Where a client platform is used by children, the client is responsible for providing required notices and obtaining parent or guardian authorization; Vita Systems processes that data only under the documented project instructions and applicable requirements.

We may share information with personnel who need it for the purposes above, with service providers that support our hosting, communications, development, or service delivery, and with public authorities when required by law. We require appropriate confidentiality and safeguards from service providers. We do not sell personal information.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process website usage information under their own terms, and only after you allow Analytics. This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through general website enquiries. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child has submitted personal data. For children’s data handled inside an education or other client platform, the client is responsible for the appropriate age notice and parent or guardian authorization, as set out in the project agreement.
