Approach
Vita Systems built Dental Clinic Management System as a role-based dental clinic ERP. Patients book from the clinic website; reception converts bookings into outpatient visits; doctors chart teeth and write prescriptions; lab and pharmacy pick up those orders; billing tracks visit charges, instalments, and treatment accounts; HR marks attendance by face and runs leave, salary, advances, and monthly payroll from the same staff record.

Billing & Reports
Invoices, payments, refunds, expenditure; instalment packages and treatment-plan billing; procedure price master, coupons, printable templates; revenue dashboards and in-app notifications.
HR, Attendance & Payroll
Employee master with bank details; face registration and punch portal with match confidence and device metadata; late/half-day/early rules; holidays; leave; salary, advances, payslips; PF, ESI, PT, and TDS flags.
Security & Access Control
JWT access and refresh tokens, password reset, device sessions, permission checks on every action, rate limiting, audit logs, and patient hard-delete kept off in production.
